How to Order
To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. We recommend creating an account so that you can earn quickly save your cart, then proceed to checkout. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.
Payment Options
e-Transfer: Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer. You will receive your custom payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled.
Orders with limited quantity items are placed on hold for an hour before it is automatically cancelled.

Customer Service Hours: Monday – Saturday (8AM – 7:45PM EST). We aim to reply to all inquiries within two business days unless there is a heavy volume. For after hours support you can contact us here. We will reply Immediately.

The easiest way to buy shrooms online! Shipping estimates & quotes are provided directly at checkout. All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s) Maximum. Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Bulk orders may take a few additional days to pack & ship.
- Purolator Ground – Shipped via Purolator Ground shipping (not Express). This is available throughout most of USA but does not include P.O. Boxes, Flex Delivery, or remote regions. In rare cases, we may have to ship out your package using Expedited Parcels.
- Xpressdelivery – Shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL. Available throughout USA for all locations!
- Free Standard Shipping – Shipped via USA Post’s Expedited Parcel service or Purolator Ground. Larger orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL or Purolator Express. Available throughout USA on all orders over $150.
- Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. Unforeseen weather, shipping issues, etc. may cause delays which are not within our control.
Missing Package?
If your order is missing or there is a longer than expected delay, please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a solution. We guarantee delivery on all orders.
Please note that there may be delays during holidays or peak seasons.
Minimum Order of $100
All orders must be $100 or higher to qualify for shipping options.
I Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing
While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times when an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check.
If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.
Refund or Exchange
In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within one day of receiving their products. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos. Exchanges or returns are not offered on orders that are shipped outside of the GTA.
For prepackaged products we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag has been opened.
We will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us.
