Ingredients: Dried Oyster Mushrooms
Taste and Aroma: Nutty, mild mushroom and earthy flavors.
Uses: Oyster Mushrooms pair well with hearty stews, meat, rice dishes, soups and stir-fry.
Properties: Oyster Mushrooms contain fiber, vitamin D, niacin, iron and a high concentration of antioxidants.
Preparation: To reconstitute mushrooms, rinse under cold water, then place mushrooms in a bowl, cover with boiling water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Drain the mushrooms and enjoy. You can also add to a dish that will cook for at least 20 minutes.
